Oct 2013, I had a Breast revision, one of my saline implants had ruptured. I went with silicone gel and asked for more fullness. The surgeon did a great job, but they were too heavy for me and I have been having a lot of neck and shoulder pain. My PS and I decided to explant. She was awesome about it. Never tried to talk me out of it or anything. Her only request was too wait 6 months before considering a lift. I had my explant and I am so glad I did. I just feel better without them. Still have issues with neck, but don't regret my decision.
