I've done the lower abs area and love handles.
My recovery was very painful on the abs and only got better almost 2 weeks later, but was a lot easier on the love handles.
The results after 2 months were very noticeable, but now, almost 5 months after the procedure and maintaining my diet and workout routine, I think the fat around my belly is back. I don't know if it happens a lot. The doctor said initially I would only need 1 session of coolsculpting in each area, but I'll be back for another round in my abs next week. Hopefully it will work out as it did with my love handles.
