I am 42 and in good health/weight. I went for my first Accent XL appointment today. The tech was very knowledgeable and kept me comfortable. The heat at times got a little intense but was tolerable. I had my face and stomach done just for skin tightening. My mistake was forgetting to drink a lot of water. MINERAL WATER! The water helps your body achieve the proper temp. You also need to be putting good things into your body and taking care of yourself. I have been taking Protandim to help with that too. I am optimistic about my future results. I've been told very little is noticed at first, it takes a couple of months. I was there for about 1 1/5 hours for 2 areas.
