Almost 7 weeks Post Op

$8,000
Ok, it's almost 7 weeks and I still feel a bit of pain. I don't know if its from the MR but in the evening I'm also so bloated. When will I feel normal? Ok I'm going to try to post some pictures. I hope this works. Happy Healing everyone.

The exactly same thing happened to me yesterday! I felt pain and was seriously bloated. I thought maybe I pulled something. :( I think it was too many dirty martinis (high in sodium) and going too hard at spin. I need to lay out the alcohol for the next few weeks and get these last 10lbs OFF!!!! Last night I slept in my cg and my binder and I feel so much better today. Weird.
Hang in there - your results look great so far!!

3 days Post Op and it was certainly a tough one. Had an allergic reaction to the pain meds, hives all over. Had to see my PS this morning back at the hospital. Was given new meds. Blood pressure was 171 over 108. I started to think to my self, "what have I done". Yesterday when the nurse came to do my new dressing she put the CG on too tight that I couldn't even take deep breaths. Everything seemed to be going wrong. But while in the hospital my dr. and the nurse talked me through everything and assured that everything was going to be OK. By the time I left the hospital my BP had come down, my breathing was back to normal. I got to see my full insigne and I was taken aback at how good it looked. Today was certainly a very difficult day but lets see what tomorrow will bring. As the saying goes one day at a time.

Glad to hear everything got fixed in the end. I hope tomorrow is much better for you.
Thank you for the encouraging words. Slept well during the night and just got up with little pain. Have my Binder off for a bit as my PS said I could for about 1/2 hour to 1 hour. OH boy I'm really swollen, but starting to stand almost straight. Thank you God. I was starting to doubt what I had done.
hang in there. :-) looks like your going to have great results
Thank you So long flab, I will take some pics when I get the drains out. Going to see my PS tomorrow again and he said that we will be taking out some stitches. How are you feeling? Hope your good.
1st week is the toughest..Gets better with time. Go slow and happy healing.
Today is certainly a much better day. Are you back at work? And are you happy with your results?
Yes, I am back to work. Today is 2 weeks and I am slowly getting back sensation to my abdomen. I still have my drain in because there is still more than 30 cc's. I am hoping to have it removed by Monday. I love my results and my new BB. I will post some pictures again soon. Glad to hear you are doing better. Go slow!
Yeah it's been 2 weeks for you OMG how time flies. So glad to hear that your happy with your outcome. Hope your job is not to physical so you don't strain yourself. At least you only have 1 drain in. It's better to have one still in and not have the fluid build up inside. Tomorrow I go back to see my PS he said he may take out some stitches and hopefully 1 drain. When my husband came home today he was surprised that I was standing up straighter. He even said that I had grown. LOL if you know me that would have been a compliment seeing that I'm only 4'10". LMAO Happy healing querida. Caio.
TTRA How are you doing? I finally got my drain out today. Yeah.... I am down to 136 and a size 6 clothes. I'm so excited with my results. My doctor said 3 more weeks of no heavy lifting and the gym. I am 1/2 way there to the road to recovery. Did you get ur drain out?
Hi PG, I've not been able to get into the website since my last post. I even contacted RealSeld and they got back to me saying that the site was down. So frustrated. I'm so glad to hear about your progress can't wait to see your pics. : )Yesterday I got one drain out. I'm hoping to get rid of the last one friday or monday depending on the amount of fluid. Yesterday my friends BBM'd me saying they were going to Zumba with our favourite instructor and boy was I jelous that I couldn't go. The most frustation of this whole recovery is the lack of mobility and not getting my workouts in. :( I'm very happy with the results, the tightness in my ab muscles is my constant reminds me of what this procedure is all about. OMG this is amazing. I can't wait for the swelling to go down and see the amazing results this is. It truly is a life changing experience. Just wish I could have afforded to do this sooner. PG has anyone you know noticed the change in your body that you didn't tell you were getting this procedure done. How do you explain? Caio TTRA beijinhos & abracos
Yes, I have to agree about lack of mobility. I am at 3 weeks and it was 70 degrees today and during my lunch break I went out for a walk. Gradually, I am being active. My goal is to walk everyday so that when I get back into a routine before I hit the gym. I haven't told too many people. Some folks can be very judgmental. If anyone asks ill just say that I lost weight. This is very personal. I have a sister that loves to gossip. My mom said, how do you plan on telling her. I said I don't cause I know she will tell everyone. You know how that is. I have a coworker and she had a TT and she told everyone and it spread so fast around the office. Amazing......anyhow, hope u r feeling better. Chow.....amiga

Before leaving the hospital this morning I got to see my new tummy when my nurse changed my dressing. OMG I have a flat tummy, my new belly button is so cute. Just posted a picture taken yesterday in the hospital. I am now on the flat side. WOOO HOOOO.
