I got my first injection of a Botox last September(68 units), and I am absolutely loving it, my forehead lines, the lines under my eyes dissapeared, I look at least 5 years younger (I am 34)and everybody comments on how fresh I looked. My second time 3 months later I got "a touch up" of only 32 units, and 3 months later 24 units, recently I got 68 units again because my doctor saw that movement is coming back. My advice: go to doctors who charge by units, don't go to those who charge by areas, they dilute Botox and then people hate the results.

Why do you need so many units? Which areas of your face did you get done? I needed 4 units for my upper lip and I am now considering to get the eye area done. How may units did you require for your eye area. I know it all depends on the deepness of your wrinkles but..

Why did you get botox for your upper lip? Does it really work there? I have smokers lines around my lips but do not smoke.. Does Botox work for that ... also how much is botox per unit? average?

Some of the professionals here have posted about Botox for the lips. It seems a little more controversial than other Botox locations.
