I would not do it again. I see no results. I weighed 124 lbs a year ago - and fit into my pants the same as I do today. I weigh 124 lbs now. I didn't expect to lose weight. I did expect to fit into my tight pants a little more comfortably. Wasted money. Plus, the area was sore (like I did too many sit ups) for a couple of days.
