I chose saline breast implants over silicone even though silicone is a big hype right now since I was not 100% comfortable with not having long term statistics studied just yet. In the future when I need a revision (which I do understand may happy) I will hopefully still be able to work with Dr. Del Vecchio.

I chose Dr. Del Vecchio over the 2 other doctors I consulted with because of his knowledge, confidence and his specializing in transaxillary incision. I am extremely pleased with my results as my breasts look as great as he expected them too. I'm so glad I chose to have my procedure with Dr. Del Vecchio.
