BBL Dr Del Vecchio - Boston, MA

I had my consultation with Dr Del Vecchio in December 2014. I was greeted by Javonnica, his patient coordinator, she was wonderful throughout the whole process she always made me feel very welcome, along with the other staff in Dr Del Vecchios office. They are all sweethearts and take good care of you throughout the process. The office is bright and modern. During my consultation Dr Del Vecchio answered all my questions and explained the procedure and risks. He's very knowledgable you can tell that he is a leader in fat grafting techniques. He examined my body and assured me that I would have a great result. I'm a petite girl I only weigh 115 pounds so I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to have enough fat but dr del vecchio explained that he is comfortable with aggressive lipo and showed me the areas we could harvest from. Estimated that we could get around 1000 ccs per cheek. He's very confident and straight to the point which I like. I was quoted 8500 for the procedure which included lipo of full abdomen, back, and flanks and also inner thighs and knees if extra fat was needed. (Did not end up getting thighs and knees)

I originally ended up booking my surgery in March but rescheduled and had it done in February. I was very nervous the day of surgery, no food or drink after midnight the night before so I was very lightheaded and almost fainted lol. Luckily the nurses at St Elizabeths were AMAZING! Very happy with the hospital experience. Before my surgery Dr del vecchio came to talk with me and mark my body up. He kept assuring me that I would have a great result and not to worry. He was in a very good mood making jokes and stuff uplifting my mood.

After surgery was rough, a lot of pain for the first few days. I had 1100 ccs in my left cheek and 1000 in my right. Love my result and worth all the pain!! I'm now about 2 weeks post op most of the lipo swelling has gone down, I lost a bit of volume in my butt but mostly swelling and I'm still very happy with my result
