I work for those that invented coolsculpting and even I was spectacle about what could happen. I had the procedure completed in April of 2011, I also thought I wasted money and then by July and August, wow the results were amazing, I worked out, changed my diet to a more healthier one and I saw the reduction in my abdomen section. I am currently working with a trainer and I am 41 and finally starting to show a four pack, which i had never been able to see previously no matter how much I worked out. I have been working out regularly for the past 10 years.
