Didn't even notice any improvement on abs....

Didn't even notice any improvement on abs..procedure was bit more painful then explained & more so after. Lots of tingling and stomach pains for two weeks! All that a really no noticeable results :( I nomal weight so wasn't looking for a big change just small improvement!

Just curious, How long ago did you have the procedure done? What would you like to have better explained prior to the procedure in order to feel better prepared?
