Obsessed with the calendar and to tell or not to tell in the workplace and has anyone gone back to work within a few days post o

I look at the calendar multiple times in the day. I can't believe that next month on the 18th I will have happy boobs and trying to get back to work. I look at the days and think what will I be doing on the day of, the day after and after that. I think about what to wear to work to not make the girls so visible. I think about how I will walk around the office and do daily things. I think about my damn boss' schedule so that maybe I can get him out of the office more. I was thinking of calling in sick as the excuse for being out I'm taking advantage of the holiday on 2/17 so will have the long weekend. I hope I'm not rushing that recovery phase.

What's the right size for petite woman ?

I've looked online and see that this can range between 300-500cc. I'm 5'2" currently 128-130 pounds and trying to lose the last 10 pounds prior to surgery. I'm also leaning more towards saline. Any input is greatly appreciated. I will do pre-op on 1/31 and will try sizes then. In the interim I have tried homemade rice sizera and I'm liking 400-450. Is this too much? I like that it makes my waist look smaller. Here's a another wish pic So pretty! I can't wait to see my new babies!!

I am so excited to do this procedure! I can't...

I am so excited to do this procedure! I can't wait to have nice breasts again. My life has been on hold and now it's my turn. I am empty nester and I have given my life and my body to my 3 children. I have Grade II-III ptosis and will be getting full anchor lift. My breast are asymmetrical. I've been told that silicone implants will still look asymmetrical so I'm leaning toward saline so they can be sized the same. Am I doing the right thing? Has anyone had silicone with asymmetrical breast look good? This stage in my life is going to be awesome! My before pics are below and I have a few "wish" pics. I'm not sure if any will work for my body type but I have read that it's good to show the doc what you like and don't like. I have to get my pre-op vitamins and supplies. So much to do in such short time! Now that I've posted I feel like this is it... The dream becomes the reality!

I have interviewed several doctors and I really like Dr DeLuca. He's very warm and understanding and I just connected with him. His staff ladies are classy and beautiful as is his office.
