I had spent 30 years working out, yet never could get the abs definition that I should have gotten. All of my other body parts look toned and muscular, but my abs did not conform to the rest of my body. After my wife had a mini tummy tuck and I saw her results, I decided to give liposuction a try. It was painful for the first two weeks, but by the third week, I was back lifting weights and doing aerobic exercise. I am happy to report that I now have abdominal muscle definition.
