8 years later and I still love them! Worth every penny.
I thought maybe they’d get hard or saggy or weird, but really they just look more natural every year. The rad tech who did my last mammo commented that she could tell I’d taken good care of them and massaged them a lot - my husband felt very validated that his breast massages are for purely clinical reasons ;) Had them pierced as well which is lots of fun!

Everything feels pretty good! I do think the left has dropped more than the right, but I'm not sure anyone could tell except me. I still have more upper pole fullest then I would like, & I would like them to be more fluffed out at the bottom, but they look a thousand times better than they did before!
