had treatment today to reduce fat pads on face and neck definition - treatment was really hot and almost unbearable at one point - afterward the nurse was wiping off the gel and a little piece of skin came off - she did not seem alarmed but concerned - put some vaseline on it and said to be gentle with it when cleansing - funny thing - just happened on the left side - it has been very tender and swollen - painful too - 7 hours later it is looking a lot better and I am sure it will be great in a day or so - the other side and neck look great - just be aware that, contrary to what everyone says- burning from exilis does happen
