12 days Post Op
Feeling pretty good. Left breast still pretty sore. It looks like my right side has dropped. Left is still high. It also looks almost like my nipple is separated from the surrounding skin so that is slightly worrisome. I’m going to try to send pictures to my doctor in the next few days. I won’t be able to go for a visit for a little over 2 weeks so hopefully nothing is wrong. Has anyone experienced this?
1 week Post-op
Everything is still healing well. I am still taking pain meds because of my left breast that still fees as if I have muscle cramping. It almost feels numb under my armpit but the pain is deeper. It’s not bad at all though. It does hurt if I use that side to sit up. I’m posting pictures. I feel like they look pretty good so far. My left boob has an indentation where the verticals incision is but I’m sure it’ll soften out. Also, happy thanksgiving!
Still sore and itchy!
I’m still hurting a good bit but I’m able to do some things. Most of my pain is still in my left breast. I was able to get out today and go eat with my family but sitting up for a few hours made me a good bit more sore. I also helped my sister put up her Christmas tree but that might’ve been pushing it too far. At this moment I feel pretty good though! Besides that though, I’ve been so stinking itchy!!! Some of it I think is from the tape after surgery but most of it is random places all over my body! I read that it could be from the pain meds but it is ridiculous. Any recommendations to help the itch would be wonderful! I have a few more pics. They aren’t that great since I still haven’t felt like standing up to take pics with no bra but I will update soon. These are actually from Saturday, 2 days post op. They feel super high and hard. It’s a good bit different from last time bc I feel like right after surgery they did not sit high at all. So maybe this will help them from dropping too low. I am pretty optimistic this time around!
