I have been using this under my eyes and in my "laugh lines for about 5 yrs with great results. Only downside is that there is some mild pain with the injection. But, a cream can be applied before to make this less so. I had no idea that there area around my eyes was hollow; but what a difference. The results are immediate (no downtime) and typically last me apx a yr. Ask the Dr. to give you a mirror so you can see the difference. For example, after the first eye area was done, I looked in the mirrow and was shocked at the difference.
