Feeling good, looking like a Teletubby

Ladies, you were right... Swelling has set in. It isn't too bad, but I'm a bit round in the lower belly. My bruising is improving and I made it through a full work day with just Advil. I'm trying to really listen to my body and eat fresh, home cooked meals and drink plenty of water.
I'm still wearing my compression garments, but they are getting on my nerves! I wear one open-crotch, zipped-up black medical compression garment that goes from mid-thigh to under my bra. Over that, I wear a tight wrap around the belly. The wrap tends to migrate and I find myself adjusting it constantly. My doctor told me I only have to wear the wrap for the first 3 days, but I want to wear the garments for as long as possible if it will improve my results and healing.
The only thing I'm kind of concerned about are my incisions. The holes have stopped leaking but some have a bit of pus (white-green). Gross, I know! I have been keeping Neosporin and bandages on them, but I'm afraid that is keeping them too moist. Does anyone have any advice there? I called my doctor tonight and he said a bandaid is fine for now. I am going to call his office tomorrow and he will check me out this week.
Thank you ladies for the support! It truly helps. I'm feeling better each day and am so looking forward to being healed and looking great!

Day 2 post-op- kind of emotional

Feeling physically great today. I can tell the bruising has lightened up a little, and I was able to walk around the grocery store. I am so appreciative that my mother went with me and that my husband has been so helpful this weekend. It is really helpful to have someone to help clean the compression garments, remind you to take medicine, and just be there to help.
I'm so happy that the procedure is over and I know I will be so pleased with the results, but I'm dealing with some jealousy from some friends and that has bummed me out :( On one hand, I'm so excited, but that makes me feel kind of vain. Haha, I guess I have conflicting emotions... Has anyone else gone through this?

Post-op! Great results already

Had the procedure yesterday... It has been pretty easy so far. I'll try to go through from the beginning:
Arrived at office an hour early to take nerve pill. My mom drove me and within 30 minutes I was very relaxed and a little... Loopy. Dr. Ginsburg's staff are all so sweet. I made sure to eat a good breakfast before going in.
Procedure: a nurse did my numbing and fluid shots. This was by far the worst part, but I brought headphones and an eye mask and that really helped. The nerve pill really made me a little goofy, so I didn't mind much. I asked for a water break a couple times, and the nurse stopped right away and gave me water. She was very accommodating and nice. My mom was able to go back with me, too, so that helped. The fluid felt like bee stings, but some areas were worse than others. Inner thighs were easiest, and upper abs were worst. However, I was super numb! Dr. Ginsburg came in to do the procedure, and we laughed, talked, and even sang during the process. I was so loopy that I was already talking about getting frozen yogurt while he was working on me. Overall, the actual procedure was so easy. Before I knew it, the nurse was helping me into my compression garment.
I was numb all day yesterday and mostly pain free. I drained A LOT overnight, but Dr. Ginsburg's nurse sent me home with plenty of puppy pads to lay on and maxi pads to go over my incisions. I have been taking pain medicine as scheduled, but I woke up in the night due to missing one and felt pretty sore.
This morning I was able to take off the garment to shower. My husband washed the soaked garment while I showered and the shower felt great. I was able to get a pic and I can already tell my results will be wonderful!! Dr. Ginsburg has called me twice at home already. I am mostly pain free due to the pain medicine, but still leaky.

Feel free to ask anything I may have left out! I will update with 1-week pics too.
