Incision pictures

Incisions Post Op Date 10

Incisions barely noticeable. Went bra shopping for the 1st time just to get at least an idea about what bra size I am. It appears that I am a B or a small C amazingly (depending on what brand the bra is). The width of the breast is bigger, thus making them look bigger but if you look sideways they look like a B cup

I was an A cup before and wanted bigger breast. I...

I was an A cup before and wanted bigger breast. I requested a full B cup to my plastic surgeon, I also needed a nipple crescent lift due to nipple positioning asymmetry. Long story short, I wake up from the anesthesia with huge DD-DDD implants and no nipple crescent lift done despite having paid for it. Ended up with way bigger implants than request and a nipple about 1 inch lower than the other that was way more noticeable now that I had huge breasts. My surgeon gave me an excuse that my pectoral muscle was too thick, that's why I ended up with such big breast blah blah and refused to fix anything. I didn't count with the money or the time off from school to undergo another procedure so I "lived" with them, mostly wearing sports bras to make my breast look smaller as I looked matronly and heavier with such huge breasts. 9 years after the initial surgery I finally had the income to undergo revision surgery or explant, I requested a copy of my medical chart and ended up finding out that my surgeon overfilled the breast implants 100 cc more than we had discussed which would explain why they ended up so huge.
Now in my mid-30's, I think I have a more mature outlook and different priorities than when I was on my 20s. In all reality I should have been happy with my perky A cups, now I had to decide if replacing the implants with smaller ones vs breast implant removal was for me. I had a very good consultation with Dr. Karaca who answered all my questions. I decided to go in favor of breast implant removal, my surgeon stated that breast lift would most likely not be required so I decided to go ahead.

The procedure was done 5/7/2015, it took about 45-60 minutes in the physician's office under local anesthesia. They gave me some valium and a tramadol prior to the procedure. The procedure was painless, some slight discomfort but as soon as I told my physician he put some more local anesthesia which numbed it real well. They deflated the implants and then some pulling and tugging to remove the implant. Some suturing and I was out of the office and having lunch with my husband with no pain. In the evening I had some discomfort which was relieved by some Tylenol and ice packs.

Now I am on day 7 post procedure and happy with the results so far. Hopefully things will continue going well.
