I've always had a large nose. I've also broke it several times, which did not help the matter.
Rhinoplasty surgery has been a long time in the waiting! It is something I have thought about and wanted to do for the past 30 years. It wasn't until now (I am 46) that my finances permitted me to afford the procedure. I was able to pay in full, as I didn't want to have to be paying off another loan.
I am glad I did it, as I don't think it is ever too late to improve on ones self, or self esteem.

After much research and many pages of before and after photos, I found Dr. Simoni to be the most qualified in my area.
