I had a finesse rhinoplasty with Dr. S&L at Profiles Beverly Hills. By "finesse" I mean I wanted specific changes to be made to my nose that wouldn't affect my overall "look". I'm a young model, and I didn't want to look "plastic" at all.

I normally bruise like a pear, however I had almost zero bruising which is fantastic, as I am not telling my friends/family about the procedure. I feel like these doctors were gentle and delicate with my nose in surgery. The first couple days after surgery I had no pain in my nose, just a headache which Dr. said was due to congestion. They performed an open rhinoplasty, my nose is really only sensitive at the incision right now, and the scar is healing beautifully.

Their staff is fantastic. Baharak, the office manager, was very helpful with any questions I had before surgery and offered great tips/advice for me for after surgery. Their nurse, Daisy, was comforting and gentle with me before and after surgery as well. Again, I normally bruise very easily and there was no bruise at all from the IV after surgery. Their anesthesiologist was also comforting and very polite as he asked me some questions about my medical/family history before putting me under.

When I woke from surgery I didn't feel any pain, they had put vaseline on my lips/eyelids while I was in surgery so I did not wake up with dry lips or dry eyes. Daisy was at my side feeding me water through a straw so I could get hydrated before leaving. As I started to wake up more, both Drs. came over and told me that surgery went great and Baharak came over to check on me as well. When I left Profiles I was fully awake, not groggy at all. I did have a headache so they gave me some pretzels to eat before I took a Vicodin. By the time I got home my headache was gone and I felt fine. The rest of my recovery week I just laid around the house and relaxed.

A week after surgery I went in to get my cast & stitches off, I was worried because I had read that this sometimes hurts. Again, no pain at all! Dr. Solieman was very delicate with my nose as he removed them. When I saw my nose for the first time without a cast I felt overwhelmingly ecstatic. With my cast off and only 6 days after surgery, you literally could NOT tell I had any work done- no bruises, hardly any swelling. I have tremendous respect for Dr. Solieman, he's easy to talk to, he listens, he's always smiling, he's gentle, precise and (in my opinion) the perfect surgeon.

But MOST IMPORTANTLY- they gave me the nose that I wanted and that we all agreed on before surgery.

Overall, I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Solieman (and Dr. Litner at Profiles). I would recommend them to anyone in search of an "un-operated" looking nose.

THANK YOU SOLIE & EVERYONE @ PROFILES, I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!

I chose Dr. Solieman (and Dr. Litner) after researching and consulting with MANY doctors and feeling comfortable with these two. I feel that these doctors and I share similar taste in what we find attractive in a nose, i.e. we established I did not want a "scooped out" nose, a "ski jump" nose, or a "super, cute, tiny, totally fake" nose, but, rather a natural, slightly smaller/refined version of my own nose. I had done my my own nose job in photoshop and showed these Drs. exactly what I wanted. They were understanding and listened to me when I explained exactly what I wanted done, and then they explained to me how they would execute it. I was nervous when they told me they were going to do an "open" rhinoplasty, but after they explained how the surgeon can actually see what they're doing in an open rhinoplasty, it just made sense and felt right to do it open. The hardest part of my procedure was finding Dr. Solieman, once I found him, the rest was a breeze.
