Refinement Rhinoplasty with Dr. Kotler - Beverly Hills, CA

This was a great and easy procedure with really good results. I was able to start work again practically one week later. Almost no bruising. During recovery there was only pain for the first day pretty much. The first 24 hours with the packing in your nose and constant cleaning were pretty painful/uncomfortable, but after that it was so chill I wanted to do yoga in my apartment on the 3rd day, and I went to lunch at Urth Cafe on day 5. Before I had the procedure done I read how people can bruise or have pain, but Dr. Kotler is seriously the best because I didn't experience this at all. Even my mom who took care of me said, "if everyone knew how easy a nose job is everyone would get one!" I literally flew to a new state, with lots of luggage, and started a difficult new job 10 days later with no problem and no one said a word. It really worked out that I was out of town for a couple months -- when I did eventually see friends from growing up, my best friend now, and my ex-boyfriend, they did not even notice (or if they did they didn't say a word). The result is exactly what I wanted - I still look myself just the tip is more refined, the slight bump is gone, and its a bit more upturned. Unless you are staring up my nostril you can't see any scar or sign of surgery. All in all recommended! Especially from Dr. Kotler! I can't speak to other doctors but with him it was easy!
