70 Years Old, Two Kids, Two Grandkids - Beverly Hills, CA

I am writing to tell the world that you are never too old to experience something new and wonderful. I did just that when I called Dr. Brent Moelleken's office for a medical need I had. My call was answered quickly by Crystal who was warm, sweet and efficient! At my appointment, I was again treated so well and after a short wait, I met with Dr. Moelleken. He was incredibly friendly, direct, non-judgmental, and answered all my questions in a way that made me feel intelligent for asking them. I booked my surgery right then and there and was assigned to work with Penny, an office administrator who was also patient, informative, helpful and nice. Later, the whole surgical procedure was as welcoming and efficient as everything else. At this point I was thinking, "Such attentiveness and caring can't really be true and I'm sure I'm going to either die on the operating table or come out looking like the elephant man." But, no such thing happened! Instead, I believe Dr. Moelleken saved me from needing cornea transplants and I look exactly as I had requested. During the recovery period, Dr. Moelleken’s nurse, Sharon, worked with me and I swear her real name is Florence Nightingale. In sum, I think Dr. Moelleken is a benevolent genius who also happens to be absolutely adorable. I only wish that he was a doctor of everything so I would have need to visit him and his staff all the time.
