Unfortunate accident led to a torn open [personally stretched, for aesthetic] earlobe, went to Urgent Care and was put in contact with Dr. Gabbay. He was friendly and professional from the start. While at the time, not being fully experienced with the procedure of repairing a ripped lobe, he was confident in his skills, which in turn instilled a sense of ease to my shocked mind and body. We swiftly joined up at his office, where he performed the remarkable task of cutting the loose bits of flesh and sewed up the torn lobe. He sent me on my way with all questions and concerns answered. As I was traveling from out of state, our touch was kept via phone and email, all of which was with kind concern and professionalism. As I followed his aftercare instructions to a tee, the healing process went smoothly and a much desired result was achieved. A most pleasant situation made out of an unfortunate accident.
