Before going to my very first appointment for CoolSculpting, I stumbled upon this page. There were so many complaints of how painful this process was that I was terrified. Before starting my CoolSculpt, I kept anticipating pain. Never happened. The only thing I felt, it felt as if someone had a hold of my fatty area. I did two sections on my lower abs. The process was easy and pain free. When the vacuum apparatus was removed I felt a little deep heat and a dull ache that lasted maybe 4 minutes. The most pain I felt was my butt from sitting still so long... I by no means discounting you pain, but my experience was totally pain free...

Day 2: Only slight pain & tenderness to the touch. Yesterday I did a full workout including abs. I felt a little more tired than usual but still, it's all good.

I'm so glad you're all responding with positive results. As you can understand, I've been a bit nervous about the next few days due to my reading other post... So far, so good... Thank you for posting and making me less worried... Maybe the next person that is considering Coolsculpt won't be horrified by some of the previous post!

Keep us posted! I will too
Me too! I was anticipating some nauseating pain and I was grateful when I got none during the procedure! I am 2 weeks today and though still a little sore to a strong push on my abs, I am 100% satisfied with my procedure thus far. Still seem a little swollen but totally expected this as I am a sweller and a bruiser. FYI I had no bruising. Go figure. Just goes to show we are all physiologically different. I need a Xanax to see the dentist but this was nothing compared to a cleaning! My treatment was a large applicator on the lower abs and a small on the upper abs. I'm already saving my money for flanks and back fat:)

Day 8: I have nothing new to report. Still swollen, a bit fatigued and I get some aching pain at night. No real itching, no real pain. Those shooting pains people talked about were minor for me. None of this has kept me from working out everyday. So far, so good! Yay!

Day 14: Hi there! Still some swelling, a little numbness. Never had real pain, never had terrible itching. I had a little of both... nothing to complain about. So... now it's just, hurry up and wait!!! :)
Good luck to you all. I will post later! So far, so good!
