When I went to see Dr. Kotler, I was disturbed by my appearance. I had a severely receding chin and a “waddle” under my neck that was HUGE. I would actually make a conscious decision throughout the day to avoid looking down for fear that the waddle would become even more pronounced. I went to sleep under general anesthesia, and when I woke up, my turkey neck was completely GONE and I had a great chin. Today, a year and a half later, my neck still looks perfect. There is no sagging or waddle, and my skin is perfectly contoured around my jaw so that I now have a youthful appearance. What’s even better is that everything looks natural, not stretched. Also, my chin is the perfect size for my face. I could not be more pleased with how it looks.

IN ADDITION, separate from my former neck and chin issues, one of my nostrils had been stretched upward as a result of skin cancer surgery performed about 10 years ago. During the surgery, performed by a dermatologist, most of the surface of the left side of my nose had to be removed. Although the surgeon had done a fantastic job sewing me up with what he had left to work with after the cancer had been cut out, I was basically disfigured. My skin had been stretched to close the gaping hole, resulting in one nostril being raised significantly higher than the other, and a noticeable “divot” where the stitches ended. Dr. Kotler told me to return after 30 days. I came back for another visit about 45 days later, and with another few injections, the problem was 85% resolved. After my 3rd and final visit, the effects of the skin cancer surgery were virtually undetectable! It has now been about a year since the final treatment, and I think I am the only person on the planet who can tell that my nose was once disfigured. It is as though I never had the cancer surgery.
