Post-Operation Day 3! Ladies and Gents, I'm feeling fabulous! I went to Dr. Kim and did the umbilical approach and WOW, the pain has been very minimal. I was off all my pain medication by Day 2, but I have a high tolerance for pain.

My stomach was really sensitive Day 1 but now feels almost back to normal. I was really surprised that my pain levels have been so low since I got such large implants, but I think Dr. Kim is very gentle. My augmentation took only 45 minutes and my breasts are so even, I went under the muscle so it will take some time for my implants to drop. I love my boobies already!

It's been six weeks since surgery and I feel like myself again. I feel great! My breasts are slowly dropping and they are looking very pretty. As they are dropping and fluffing they are growing. Im fitting into 32 F nicely, Victoria's secret 34 DD works but is a bit snug. I still fit into all my XS clothing and it looks great. They don't look to big with clothing over it in my opinion. They look like a full D clothing over. But then again im wearing sports bras. I can do everything I could do before surgery except lift heavy things over 10 lbs...doctor's orders. I was really worried that the implants would have an effect on my immune system and health but actually I feel a lot better now than I did before surgery. I feel a lot more confident. I don't have to wear uncomfortable push up bras.

I have regained all my energy And started going to the gym about 2 weeks ago for 2 hours a day. I feel 110% I don't lift anything over 10 lbs

He is an extremely talented surgeon. His main procedures according to his staff are rhinoplasty's and breast augmentations. He is an extremely sweet guy who is very experienced and artistic. His staff is also amazing the nurses, Shirely, Alania, and Theresa were so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. David Kim to anyone who wants a gentle, methodical, experienced breast augmentation surgeon. He is also very sought after! He had six surgeries the day I got my breasts done, so you know he must be doing something right!

if you paid 8k for saline & he starts @ 6k then that means ill pay 11k for silicone & he starts @ 8k.. i do think he is the best ive seen. what does scare me is you said @ 6wks you couldnt lift 10pounds & i lift for a living!! i thought healing time was 3wks.

Did the doctor instruct you to massage them so they drop and look more natural? Or did they drop and soften on their own?

hello dappy~ Your left breast looks considerably larger than the right. However, you look good though. Are they heavy?? I only went with 304 cc's and mine feel cumbersome at times.  But no complaints here....SOOOOO happy I finally have curves! Lol

I know I am late but congrats to you! Since your post is the most recent of Dr. Kims work I want to ask you about the pricing. I plan to have the procedure done later this year and was wondering if 8k was the flat cost? and if it included all post op appointments, pain med prescriptions and anesthesiology? Thanks for all your updates, they really helped secure my decision!

8K flat cost. Pain meds was around another $70.

Of course! I'm 5'5. I thought they would turn out to be about a D-DD, when they drop they get bigger...Keep that in mind.

Happy Dappy i think ur boobs are amazing! I'm from the UK & getting mine done in 2 weeks. I stumbled across ur blog when I was searching for info/support. I think u've done an amazing job helping people on here & hope I can do something similar when I get mine done. I'm a very similar size/shape to u and my surgeon has offered me unders 460cc and 525cc and after seeing urs I'm deffo goin with the 525's. I hope they look like urs when they are done! Much respect to u from the UK x x

You look awesome! Thanks so much for the progression pics. I'm getting mine in a month and looking at your pics I might want to try and go larger! Can you give us an update pic! I'd love to see an update pic without a bra, with a bra, and with a shirt (not black). I'm neverous about being able to cover them up when I have to if i got to big.

I just want to say you look amazing. I was addicted to this site before my surgery (8 weeks ago) and I thought your pictures were a great example of what I wanted. I went with 500cc hi profile behind the muscle (gel). Even though I only weigh 98#, I definitely do not think mine look too big. Thanks for keeping us updated with pics!

Hey happy hope all Is Well i was looking at ur pix from 6.weeks and 3months and I noticed u have more cleavage at 3.months like They have gotta closer. Did that happen becuase theyve droped some Or Did u massage them alot and Where that strap that kinda pushes them down and together some? I hope as mine DROP They start to look closer together. Urs look very nice

Hmm... I think because I wear a sports bra to bed every night to squish them in... Thank you! Yeah, when they drop they squish in more.. thank goodness! otherwise they would be too far apart
