46 Yr Old TT Never too late for a bikini bid bod

Finally can sneeze without that agonizing pain ..
Been back to work since day 15.. Just taking Tylenol since day 5-7 post op. Today I'm hoping to not take any . Not working out yet . I should be walking a lot more but been busy catching on work etc.. Should be back working out on week 6 . Just want to share that in lieu of expensive compression garment I decided to just use my old hanes control top stockings. I cut the legs portion and it's just like spanx ,viola . Anyway , the itching still goes back and forth . Still swollen. Throbbing and stabbing pain once in awhile especially during the late afternoon afternoon a day's work.
All in all I'm pleased . But will not ever do it again . I also give a full disclosure to anyone who wants it. It's really damn painful . The painkillers will hurt your liver if used excessively . Think a gazillion times before you do it . In the end , I already like how my clothes fit me . I am already looking forward to wear a bikini . (Never really worn one ) I like my curves better . That's the upside . Im glad I did it now that the torture part is over .but just be warned of the excruciating pain..

feel soo much better . Each day i find my strength more and more. I decided to remove the binder and pad just to peek more. Happy of the result so far. Thank God. Spacing my meds like 3 times a day now just to be on safe side .. Been taking 2 tablets of Colace since day 4 to help me move. It's stimulant free so it doesn't hurt tummy.. Walking here and there inside the house . Still get tired easily . Tommorow drains will be removed. Any tips I need to do before? Also what do you guys do with your belly button? I haven't really touched it since op. Will try to go to mass later and just take it slow .. Day 8 will go back to work for her few hours to do paper work and do some call outs . Meanwhile the journey has been as I expected for most part so far . Thanks to all the posts. Moderate to severe pain and difficulty first 3 days then gradually pain tapers off and mobility gets better and better. I would say its worth it . Glad I did it . happy healing to all. Be patient and follow doc orders . That's my 2 cents . Be blessed .

What a difference a day makes . My tubes are still in so I'm thinking of posting pics on Monday when they take it out .. I feel so much better already . Praise God . Getting in and out of bed isn't so much of a struggle compared to yesterday . Taking one pain meds vs 2 every 5-6 hours .. Slowly weaning off meds .. Perhaps Tylenol only after tubes are gone if any . My appetite is great since day one .. Gained 2 lbs .. Not even worried about it .. Btw no bowel movement yet which I think is still normal due to medication .. May take laxative on the 5th day ..
