Motivation: I've always wanted my breasts to be...

Motivation: I've always wanted my breasts to be bigger; however, I was scared of the following:
-Not waking up after surgery
-Pain
-Not liking them
-My man not liking them
-Regretting that I spent the money
-Problems after surgery

Pros:
-I've realized that the pain was tolerable, thanks to medicine.
-Dr. William Bruno had a very pure, kind vibe and that helped to make me feel really comfortable with him. He didn't have a fake vibe at all. He was very concerned with my concern: The look I wanted. I had very small breasts (A cup) with little to know hang. So, my concern was making sure the size I picked didn't look absolutely ridiculous in my chest. He did a PERFECT job with helping to make the decision.

-Dr. Bruno, his office staff, and the surgery center staff members were all nurturing and kind. I really needed that because I was extremely scared (because it was my first surgery). I was literally crying on operation day. Those tears were unnecessary because my breasts came out really well and fear is what almost prevented me of never getting to see this other side of happiness with my body.

-Surgery went fast. I only needed pain medication for 3 days. I was driving in one week.

-Dr. William Bruno did an IMPECCABLE job closing my skin. The scars are barely there. I'm beyond impressed.

For those of you who have read this and you'd like to know whether I am regretful or not: I don't regret it at all. Dr. William Bruno was worth what I paid. He was so professional and kind. With my new breasts: I feel soooooo much more confident and womanly. My fiance LOVES them and all of my friends have complimented me on how Dr. William Bruno made my breasts look so natural. I visited other doctors offices (just to get quotes) before I decided to award my surgery to Dr. Bruno.
Dr. Bruno's service and the customer experience his office staff offers is so much better than other offices, and on top of that his prices are competitive. I hope things stay that way so that you can have the chance to be blessed with his services as I have been.

Cons: None. (Thank goodness. I feel like I got lucky in finding Dr. William Bruno.)

Notes/Tips:
-Take a 1-5 pics of what you WANT your breasts to look like and what you DON'T want them to look like. Go over the with Dr. Bruno to give him an idea of how you want them to look so that he can let you know whether he can truly accomplish that for you. (I believe my results are great because I made sure Dr. Bruno understood what I wanted.)

-For woman with small breast and no sag: Remember that your breasts are going to get larger but your nipple is going to stay in practically the same place so the larger you go, the higher your nipple may appear. (Dr. Bruno gave me a great understanding of what to expect once my breasts were larger so that I would not be alarmed in any way and he also helped me to understand that going too large may not look natural on my slim body. I appreciated that.)

-Read the Pre and Post surgery instructions as SOON as the office gives them to you. There are some things you can't do weeks before and after surgery. (I followed the rules because I wanted the best results.)

-Make sure you write down the address and suite number of the surgery center (I forgot to do that and I was scurrying around the morning of surgery trying to find it.)

-On surgery day..........Bring your ID, pain meds, and some crackers. I didn't feel pain at all when I woke up (pain didn't come until later) but I wanted to get meds into my system. (My approach to pain was: I didn't want to feel it, so I took pain meds before the pain got bad.)

-The pain meds said to take every 4-6 hours. For the first 3 days I was in pain every 3 hours. Don't be afraid to call the Dr's office to ask them if you can take the pain medicine a bit sooner. Just make sure you eat before taking meds to keep your stomach coated with food. Even if it's crackers.

-I was given sort of what I call a "Granny" bra to wear while I was healing. I wore the bra for 2 weeks. After that, I wanted to take that thing off. It was not working well with my summer dresses and tank tops. So, I called Dr. Bruno's office to request permission to take the bra off and just go bra-less for the remainder of my 6 weeks period of no wire bras (instead of continuing to wear the Granny bra or wearing sports bras which I didn't feel like buying). Dr. Bruno said yes to my request to go bra-less which made me a veeeeeeeery happy customer. :->

I'm not really into plastic surgery and doing too much which is very common here in California. People have deviated so far from looking natural that some people don't know how ridiculous they look. Many people abuse the gift/craft of plastic surgery being available to us. I just wanted to make a slight change that looked natural so that I didn't look like a middle schooler with a flat chest. I had learned to love my breasts and myself as a whole PRIOR to surgery and I already felt beautiful. Now after surgery - I just feel more sexy in my shirts/tops and more womanly with my Fiance, as well as at work in business meetings. :-) Thanks again to Dr. William Bruno (thank you for being so careful with my life) and thanks to all of the staff for making me feel like my life truly matters to you.

Very down to earth. Very kind. Dependable. Made me feel comfortable. Nurturing and genuine but not in a fake fluffy way. He was concerned about taking care of me in a very honorable, professional way.
