5'5" 120 lbs I've always been thin and in excellent health. My abdominal skin didn't stretch well during my first pregnant, neither did my breast. I was left with loose paper like skin that drooped...my BB is not visible. After 5 children, I'm ready to make improvements to my body so I can match the outside to the inside a bit better.

Hi,
I am similar to you as I am 5'6 130 pounds, very athletic, and a mother of five young children. I too am getting a breast augmentation,mini-standard tummy tuck, and lipo of the inner and outer thighs. My surgery is scheduled for March 10th. I wish I could fast forward as it consumes my thoughts! Have you decided how big you would like to go. I am having such a tough time with that. I was going to go with 339 silicone and now debating 350's or 375's. So happy for you as well! You will have to keep me updated:)
Godbless,
Angela

Hi Angela.

First off, congratulations on your upcoming surgery. It's a big step. I too have five children and pregnancy was not kind to me. I've seen other post mention the 375 cc silicone implant, but the only options made to me were at 50cc intervals (300, 350, 400). I think if I could I would go 375, but probably because that's not an option. LOL

I figured the best way to decide is to take a couple of staple wardrobe pieces and try them with the implants at preop. I want to still be able to wear the same size tops with busting out of them if that makes sense. I don't want to have to buy bigger shirts to accomidate boobs only to have them be to big in the mid section.

Is that what youre thinking? Im going to take to my ore-op appt. A tank, bathing suit too, bottom up blouse and the nursing bra I wore when my boobs were huge...for comparison. :)

That should say withOUT busting out of them. Sorry, I'm on my iPhone and it can be a pain to type on.

Oh goodness I should have proofed that before sending as it's full of incorrect auto corrections.

Hi MommaBearTO,
Thanks for your comment! Yes, after each pregnancy I felt some areas get a little worse.. I didn't help having twins at the end, that is for sure! Size, size, size, ahhhh.. That is that question. I don't want to be too big or to little; just can't figure out what I will really look like. I am trusting my PS's judgement as I am now telling him small C as before I said I would like to be a B, which for me was 339's. I feel bad for you on the cc's. What brand does your ps use? Maybe that is why? Mine is Allergan Silcione. Also, I have now done two pre op appts and it is a great idea to bring in clothing items! I do have to say that it is still ridiculously hard to say what they will really look like! I had such a struggle with this. Especially since they are placing the implant behind to muscle they said a lot will be taken away! That makes my decision a lot harder... So, now I am just trusting my PS's word. I think highly of him and hope he will give me what I am imaginin;). Thanks so much for talking and I hope we are able to share this journey together. How old are your kids? How big are you going? Look forward to talking with you! And by they way, I have an IPAD and feel the same way as you do with your Iphone. I am now typing on my computer as I am much more efficent! Too funny;). Talk to you soon!

Oh my. I just discovered your post december 10th. I'm assuming you had your surgery. How did it go? I had mine on March 28th. It went well. My only regret is implant size. 375 is just too big for me. I am planning on having them removed and replaced with something along 250-300. I wanted to be a full B to a small C and I ended up a huge D. Overall tho, I'm very happy. I love my new tummy! I love seeing my belly button every day without pulling skin to find it. :)

Hi mommy of 5....I am in the process of choosing and seeing Dr. Bayne for a BR surgery. I work in the healthcare industry and hear amazing reviews about this man, just wondering if you can expound upon that in regards to you experience with him and his staff!! Thanks so much
MommaBearTO4boys1girl 10 Dec 2011
My experience has been nothing short of excellent. I'm not sure what else to expand on. I encourage you to schedule a consult and check it out first hand. The way I was treated at my consult was consistent with every visit. Staff and dr Bayne were professional and attentive with each and every step of the process. My right implant has travelled a bit too far south and dr Bayne has offered to take care of it even if the procedure is scheduled outside the one year time frame, free of charge.
