Dr. Franklin is a quiet and gentle man. I would have liked him to be a bit more personable. He was very pleasant and kind, but because I plan to have more surgery, I was expecting for him to be more interactive with me. His staff on the other hand was great! Joanne, the surgical coordinator and Trish the nurse were outstanding! Joanne really takes time with you to answer any questions and she is very hospitable. Trish is so down to earth and knowledgeable. She is definitely and asset to the practice.

I am still a bit swollen and I am hoping that my tummy gets flatter. I am happy with the outcome of my tummy tuck. I look great and I only wish I had the surgery sooner. I did have some lipo and fat grafting. The lipo did improve my appearance, but I saw little change in the grafting of my bottom. I do want to say somthing about the pain and the scar. I know for me these were concerns, but surprisingly pain wasn’t the issue. I was more uncomfortable wearing the shareware. If you get the pain pump and take your medications, you will be fine. My scar is hardly visible and I credit that to two things: Dr. Richards’s cutting technique and the fact that my body heals well. Through this process, I learned that everyone heals differently and that is also true for scaring. The doctors can tell you want to expect, but it is not until you actually go through the process for yourself is how you will know what is your truth. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Dr. Richards for tummy tuck procedures, but I would recommend getting some other opinions about bottom grafting.
