I would highly recommend Dr. Richards for anyone considering a rhinoplasty. He is an extremely knowledgable and professional doctor who understands what is tasteful and what is too much. I always felt very comfortable with his recommendations. After having the procedure, I found that everything he explained to me which would occur after (the swelling, recovery time, etc.) were all consistent with the results. His facility is immaculately clean, the staff is warm and welcoming, and both my fiancé and I were impressed with the on site surgical facility which helped save me in costs. Now that I'm 6 months post surgery, I continue to see Dr. Richards regularly and he is an absolute pleasure and I feel that he truly cares about his patients and their well being.
