I have been meaning to write this review for such...
I have been meaning to write this review for such a long time. I am absolutely thrilled with my results. Every time I look in the mirror I feel guilty that I have not written this review yet.
I always thought there was something off about my face and once I got older I realized I had a big nose. In searching for a plastic surgeon, it was crucial that I found someone who understood that I wanted a slimmer, smaller nose, but one that still fit my face. There is a fine line any patient fears. That after they come out of surgery that their nose will either look the same, or horribly out of place on their face. Seeing all the horror stories of people receiving pig noses doesn't help either. However I can happily say that I truly couldn't have chose a better nose. The beauty I feel and self confidence I have gained is incomparable to any dollar amount.
I was very picky about my surgeon, but so glad that I was, because I am sure that is what made all the difference. Dr. Porter's understanding of aesthetics and balance has given me a a slimmer nose, with definition, and no longer a droopy tip-- something I wasn't sure was possible.
If you live in the DMV area and are considering a rhinoplasty, you really should make a consultation!

Absolutely phenomenal. Dr. Porter is personable and talented. She makes sure she understands your goals, and makes sure you understand all of the possibilities and options. Office staff are also very friendly, highly recommended. I love my nose.
