I've wanted to have breast augmentation for many years. I did a lot of research before visiting a doctor. Once I began to seriously consider the procedure I visited three doctors and Dr. Richards was the last doctor I visited. I immediately felt comfortable at the consultation. He is very knowledgable and really knows his craft. What first brought me into his office were the before & after pictures. But what made me choose him as my doctor was his professionalism, and confidence about what would be the best procedure for me... He listened to what I wanted and didn't try to sway me one way or another.
I am so happy with the outcome. I wanted a natural look and that's exactly what I got! My friends have all complimented me on the outcome and my boyfriend couldn't be happier.
The process was as close to painless as possible. I had never been put under general anesthesia before, so I was a bit nervous about that. But the anesthesiologist was so nice and comforting as well. I could tell she was a complete professional. I felt like I was in good hands with the entire staff, from the front desk person Alicia all the way to Dr. Richards.
I actually went out to dinner immediately after the procedure, that's how painless it was. There's a local anesthesia I opted for in addition to the general anesthesia. There's an additional cost associated with it, $300, but well worth it! On a scale of 1-10 I felt about a level 1 of pain, actually I just felt minor soreness similar to the day after an upper body workout.
I highly recommend Dr. Richards. I just wish I had done this sooner. My confidence has increased and I feel great. The price was reasonable and I'll definitely go back to Dr. Richards for future procedures. My breasts are soft (I got gel implants), natural looks, bouncy, and balanced. I didn't lose any sensation in my nipples, which is a plus.
