I really needed to get new implants! I'd had two babies back to back. I was breastfeeding for almost two years. My old saline implants looked horrible. They where really wide set, saggy and fell in my arm pits when I slept. I had them done in 2009. I really wanted a new look, cleavage and to start feeling better about how I looked in clothing.
