Pro: the stuff works!

Con: it isn't cheap

I did it because my forhead wrinkles aged me significantly; the Botox treatment really smoothed them out.

Importantly, my doctor is careful not to over-do it, which is a real risk. She does it right and the result is a natural, improved look.
