I had 2 CCs of Voluma placed in my cheeks and 1 CC...
I had 2 CCs of Voluma placed in my cheeks and 1 CC of Juverderm Ultra Plus played in my nasolabial folds. Originally we were going to to place the Juverderm Ultra under the eyes but Dr.Ridgway felt that my eyes needed to be the focal point of my face and the product would be better used in the nasolabial folds. Boy was he right! The attention draws in on my eyes and my cheekbones look great. I assure you this man has an artistic eye. He told me he actually used to be a sculpture which was such a selling point for me.
I am a pretty paranoid and OCD person. I actually had consultations with 14 doctors (just for fillers!) all around the country as I wanted to make sure my vision matched up with my doctor's vision - it is your face after all. I even consulted with some of the top/famous doctors in Beverly Hills but here are the reasons I chose Dr.Ridgway:
1) He spent a ton of time with me on the phone consultation, going through dozens of pictures I had taken from every angle. He was patient, answered every question I had thoroughly and never rushed me (even when his entire office left for the night he still sat there talking to me!)
2) His office staff was timely, friendly and very professional. They were organized and remembered who they were talking to. I never had to repeat myself and I never felt like just another number. Emails were answered right away and phone calls returned and on time.
3) I have not found a single bad review about him and I dug deep.
4) He was confident in his work, but not cocky. He told me he would be happy to ask past patients who had similar concerns if they would be willing to share their photos with me (since they didn't want to share them online).
5) The in office consultation put me even more at ease. He spent an hour with me taking before photos, making marks on my face, redoing drawings etc. The fillers he spent almost two hours on because I would ask to see my face every so often and question little things as he went along. What doctor spends three hours with you on fillers?! He was such a gem.
6) Anything I've needed post-injection the office has been kind and helpful and accommodating.
Dr.Ridgway is a very smart, artistic, and caring doctor. He treats you as if you are his daughter or sister. I am very happy with the results and since I received the fillers I have had strabbers comment on what beautiful features I have. My friends and family, they don't even notice it was so naturally done! I had a great experience and it was well worth it.
