Excellent , Would Highly Recommend - Bellevue, WA

After I had my son it seemed that my body...

After I had my son it seemed that my body composition/fat distribution changed. Prior to having my son, my waist/stomach area was small. Afterwards it seemed no matter what I did by fine-tuning my eating habits and exercising for years, building my core strength and cardiovascular endurance, my belly fat wouldn't go away on its own. So, I decided to contact Dr. Levy's office. Well, it was well worth it. I still have a healthy appearance in my face and haven't sacrificed my breast fat as I haven't had to bring my body fat so low to bring my tummy fat down. The procedure removed about 6 lbs of body weight when he removed the fat my stomach and inner thights without sacrificing the youthful fat in my face and breast. I feel healthier and am very pleased with the results. As an added note, the recovery process was uncomfortable, but very manageable. I think since I am very active, it was just harder to hold my energy back. I did get antsy. I went on a short walk of 1.5 miles the same day post surgery, and walked everyday afterwards. By 1 week out I was walking at a 15-22% incline at 2.7 mph for 30-40 minutes. It has taken longer for me to get back to my explosive type movements, exercise-wise. I would say by 4 weeks post-op I was back to core-conditioning classes with explosive movements.

Doctor Levy listens and has a very understated manner. He observes a lot and then holds his comments for when it counts. He is thorough in answering your questions and has a kind disposition. When we prepped for the procedure and during the procedure I was able to reconfirm my initial judgement of his character. He was very precise, accurate and attentive with pertinent comments. He definitely is able to put a patient at ease during a procedure. We actually had a nice conversation, which helped me to relax. His medical assistant Lindsay, is incredible. I cannot say enough about her.
