It was a great experience. Very clean clinic with professional staff. I was very confident in Dr. Naficy's capabilities. I healed very well, minimal bruising/swelling. I feel much more confident. Only con was the price - a lot was double charged to me as a personal expense and charged again to my insurance.

Thank you for the kind feedback. In regards to the billing process it is important to distinguish between cosmetic work (paid by the patient) and work on the septum (paid by insurance). Although it may appear that you are being charged for the same thing twice the reality is that the insurance is only charged for the work on the septum and you are only charged for the cosmetic work.
