I wanted to look the age on the outside that I feel on the inside--quite a bit younger than I appeared. I am thrilled with the result. It looks so natural than my co-workers and even my family members did not notice. I was concerned about having a tight, pulled look but I absolutely do not have that "Look". I look well rested like I just returned from a terrific vacation. In addition to the face and neck lift, I had fat grafting which also adds to a more youthful appearance.
