Dr Ridgeway is not only a very talented surgeon but a very personable physician. He takes whatever time needed to explain procedures or answer questions. He has a great sense of humor and we laughed a lot, making the entire experience very pleasant. Dr. Ridgeway's staff is incredible and very friendly.. The day after surgery, I could get to my appointment but had no way home. Rather than delay the appointment, the staff took me home. True customer service! The results are beautiful and not artificial-looking. There was immediate improvement with minimal bruising and swelling. My hairdresser, who sees a variety of clients who have had plastic surgery and who has relatives in the business, was astounded at how well I looked and it was on 10 days after surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Ridgeway and will definitely go back to him if I do any other procedures.
