Absolutely worth it. I had nice breasts at one time but after 2 children and a significant weight loss they were "rocks in socks". After my surgery it was so wonderful to have normal looking breasts once again. They didn't look fake, in fact during my first mammogram after surgery the technician seemed puzzled until I told her about the implants. She commented that they were the best she'd ever seen. Almost every time I have an exam the physician comments on how natural they look.
