Had my BA today. I was in a lot of pain the first few hours but after that it eased up. I never know how much you uses your chest muscles. I haven't got to see them yet but they don't look very big under the bra they have me in. I hope that they get bigger.
As always the staff at Dr Egraris and Dr Egrari were wonderful. My husband has been great today as well. Can't wait till tomorrow I have to go back to have them looked at and have the dressings removed.

I had my preop appointment last Thursday, the I was really nervous when it started but by the time I left I felt better. The nurse there was great she answered all my questions and walked me through what would happen the day of surgery twice. I am still feeling some anxiety on and off and at this point just trying not to think about what could go wrong. I am keeping in mind the results and I am sure they will be great. I got to talk to my doctor again who it so casual about the procedure it puts me at ease. He also said again that safety is his main goal above everything else. I was able to fill my medications already and made some purchases just to try and prepare me, more pillows and some extra strength Tylenol hopefully after a few days I can use just the Tylenol. I have couches that recline so the nurse suggested that I sleep there. I am going to keep pillow on both sides of me to support my arms. 1 week to go have to work all week and next weekend is going to be so busy.

I am a 30 year old mother or two and have always been self conscious about my breast. My bra size is 36A right now, at 5'6 140lbs. I have been thinking about breast augmentation for years and never really and to nerve to do it. I have a fear of surgery and that was always my biggest reason for not wanting to have this done.I have had two surgeries that were medically necessary and have had panic attacks in preop both times. After many many years of consideration and lots of telling myself that everything will go well in surgery I have decided that it's never going to be a better time. I researched every doctor in my area and decided to go with Dr. Egrari in Bellevue Washington. I went in to the office on the consultation day not really knowing what I want and Dr Egrari and his staff were wonderful. I changed my date 3 times just because I wanted my husband to come to the consult with me and we were trying to work around his schedule. They were happy to help every time. He suggested 400CC to make me proportionate which is what I asked for. I am hoping to be a full C or small D after, and I hope this isn't too small. He answered all my questions and made me fell comfortable with the entire process. I am terrified and excited all at the same time. Less than two weeks until my surgery now.

I did tons of internet research. I like that he's certified in general surgery and plastic surgery, he was also recently recertified. He is also licensed to pratice at the local hospital. He's main focus is the safety of his patients and it shows.
