I didn't have a big nose problem my changes were merely for me, I am soooo pleased with my profile and the fact that no one knows that meets me any different.  I look amazing and natural.  I've sent all my friends to visit with my Dr. and two have already had surgery on their noses, they are just as happy as I am.


I have learned that Dr. Rand no longer performs...

I have learned that Dr. Rand no longer performs this surgery because of the high demand for his facelifts and "mommy make-overs". I am so thrilled I had this done when I did and will definately use his services for my other "issues" (:
