After 14 months of nursing my 3rd child and losing weight, my breasts were left small and floppy.
So while my husband was deployed I decided to get an augmentation. Turns out I needed a nipple lift too. Dr. Rand recommended adjustable saline under the muscle. I am 5 months post-op and since then I have had two additional fills and just last week got the valves taken out. I am now at 590cc's and a full 36C.
I am so glad I did this!! My husband and I are very happy with the results!

Dr.Rand and his staff are great! I had a great experience there and my breasts look fantastic! I haven't felt this confident since before having children! I absolutely recommend him!
