Breast Augmentation with the Best Plastic Surgeon Ever, Dr Charbel Medawar, Beirut, Lebanon

My story started like most of the women on this website. I am tall and skinny, 170 cm, 52 kgs with small breasts. I always wanted to do breast implants mainly for increasing confidence and personal satisfaction. I have read a lot about the surgery but I was mainly concerned about the fake "balloon look" that I hate so much. He spent more than one hour with me explaining the incisions, the procedure and the options right for me. He showed me very nice before and after pics all full but natural breasts. He took some measures and then performed a 3D simulation which I really loved. We agreed that 275 cc round implants, with the incision below the breasts in the fold, and the implant partially under the muscle, would give me a natural elegant result proportional to my skinny abdomen. He made me feel like he is the right surgeon for me. I ended up scheduling my surgery 2 weeks after and I didn't believe I have decided so quickly after many years of hesitation. On the day of the surgery, I remember well I was extremely nervous as it was my first surgery. The nurses were very nice and kept reassuring me. Dr Medawar answered again all my questions and explained that he will put some local anesthesia in order to be pain free immediately after. The last thing I remember was him telling me not to worry then I woke up and was immediately looking towards my breasts underneath the medical bra. Dr Medawar checked them few hours after, gave me the certificates and explained the warranty of the implants. Like we agreed, they were Mentor 275cc round High profile. I went home 4 hours after the surgery with only tapes on the wounds and a bra. I felt a little sore for few days but it was tolerable with pain medicines. Dr Medawar showed me how to mass them down and in after one week and I wore the bra for one month. They settled down after several months and the scar has totally faded away. I am entirely happy with my new boobs and wanted to share this experience who really changed my life!
