I have procrastinated about this surgery for about 5 years. I am
36 years old and I have 3 children. I had my last child at the age of 31. My stomach has always sagged no matter what I would do. I finally made the decision with the help of my husband to just do it and quit being so unhappy with myself.
I had my surgery march 19,2013. The first day I was thinking did I really do this " what was I thinking". Day two was all about sleeping I didn't want to look at the surgery site. Day three was like my stomach was on fire but very tolerable..... I was told day three is the worst! I am on day 5 and I am ecstatic with the results even though I am still very swollen I am so glad I went through with it.
I was told if you if eliminate your caffeine and salt intake And increase your water that it helps with swelling and healing! So I have done this yesterday I drank 150 oz of waterYes 150 ! I feel great I am walking without bending over at all I am showering without help all in all I feel back to normal minus the aweful drain.
