Went from a 36C to a 36DD. Also had the donut lift. Very natural looking but still youthful and perky. Went with moderate plus silicone. L375, R425. I'm very happy with my end result. My scars are fading and look great. I might have went slightly larger if I had to do again. It's true they do get smaller after all swelling goes away...6 months post op.
