How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Finished!
I got my attachments off and my retainer made yesterday. My orthodontist and I are really happy with my results, but I did want to wait a little while longer to write my review because my retainer hurts. Like first aligner ever hurts. I know it'll pass, though. I'm super happy to be done with attachments but since I have to wear the retainer full time for at least four months, not all that much has changed. So it'll be another few months before I feel normal again, but I am happy that I can take the retainer off and have good teeth if need be!

Okay guys, this is the home stretch. In 13 days I go for my evaluation where my orthodontist and I discuss the need for refinements or not. I hope my glitter painted sandwich board saying "NO REFINEMENTS" that I'll be wearing will sway him to my side.
I'm so so so pleased with my results at this point. I know perfectionists would have a field day pointing out what could be improved but thank god I am not a perfectionist because I just want to go back to that time where I could sit down at a restaurant and not horrify my company by dislodging my trays with one finger while drool strings fall onto my chin. It was SO fun while it lasted, though.
