Since I can remember, I have wanted to have breasts. The only time I ever had them was when I was in my last few months of pregnancy and while I was nursing. However, they don't quite look as nice when the belly sticks out farther than the boobies! I decided after I was done having kids I would get breast augmentation.
I asked for recommendations from friends who sell the Keller funnel and another friend who sells the post surgery scar treatments. Dr Guerra was the top recommendation from each of them. When I met Dr. Guerra I felt confident that he was a solid choice. I looked at a ton of his before/after photos online and liked the consistently beautiful work he displays. Dr. Guerra is very kind and asked questions to find out the type of look I hoped to get and gave me a good idea of what I should expect based on my selected implant size and my God-given body. I had nothing to start with. I couldn't even fill an A-cup, and always had padded bras. I did not have a poor body image, and was not looking for attention by getting implants. I just wanted to be more proportionate and feel even prettier naked. So I did it!
Dr. Guerra performed my surgery at the Banner Surgical center. Everyone there was wonderful. I especially appreciated the warmed blankets provided. The procedure was less than an hour and I was headed home! No complications, very little pain, and surprisingly easy.
I have a pretty high tolerance for pain, but I was so surprised how good I felt afterwards. I took it very easy for 3 weeks. I was off from work for the holidays and made sure I did not exert myself too much. I am extremely happy with my results. I have 375cc silicone gel, moderate plus profile implants and went from a small A cup to a 32D. I have a medium build and feel like my breasts are now totally proportionate. They look amazing and feel natural. I followed all the massage techniques and rules and they dropped beautifully. I can still fit all the same clothes (not bras) and my breasts are NOT the first thing people notice. Friends and family all gave me 2 thumbs up. Many acquaintances, who don't know I had it done, have complimented me on looking really great as well. Dr guerra exceeded my expectations and I will highly recommend his services to anyone.
