I had heard of k. Wit before through a friend of mine who's a famous Thai beauty blogger. I'm a foreigner (European) living in Thailand, male and 43, so I really relied on her judgment. I'm so happy I did.
I went to some clinics, spas and even hospitals before in Thailand and Europe. None of them came close to how happy I am that I found this clinic.
The years before I did not live a healthy lifestyle and it showed on my face. Many wrinkles, bags under my eyes, excessive fat on my cheeks and under my chin... I didn't feel too good about it, especially since I'm very active in media, film and online and no matter how high my energy level, the eye wants to be pleased as well.
When I visited Spring Perfect, I finally got the answers to the questions about how to look younger. I had previously considered flying to Korea, but the length of stay over there, procedure and costs had put me off. So, destiny had me find Spring Perfect.
I had Botox injections here for my smile lines (I smile A LOT!) and they suggested me to do a thread lift. It is basically a facelift, without surgery. I was skeptical at first, but my friend had done it a few times before and she even showed me the video. I agreed.
The whole procedure took less than 40 minutes. First numbing cream was applied. After 10 minutes I was laid down in a patient recliner and the threads were inserted. I could follow the whole process through a mirror to make sure I was completely happy. Instead I actually filmed the whole procedure on my iPhone!
I didn't feel anything. I just saw that my skin was tightening, my double chin was disappearing and the discomfort was minimal. There was some light bruising that stayed for a couple of days (a bit yellow) but that went away completely. My face was a little bit swollen for the first hour, but (and I'm normally quite conscious about my appearance), I was eating in a crowded restaurant at Siam Square One less than an hour later in midtown.
The best results would show a week to two weeks later. As the skin is tightened through the threads, the fat from below the cheeks was pulled up onto the cheeks, which increased the definition of my jawline. I loved it! This was like multiple wishes done at once.
I went back in for check-up a few weeks later and did another round of LLD because I had a lot of excess fat that had been pulled up and it need some extra portion to help dissolve it all. LLD is an injection that reduces portions of fat in the face. I could have done it the same day, but I wanted to see the results of each procedure. I had LLD injected in some parts of the cheeks, where the fat was lifted from below my chin. Over the next days and weeks the fat started to disappear and my appearance is now A LOT younger.
I considered invasive surgery, flying to other countries, but was afraid of the costs. Now with just 2 treatments, I have the same effect and it's only a fraction of the costs, and I can get straight back to work.
The Spring Perfect clinic is right at BTS Phayathai and the Airport Link so it's easy to get to. There are 3 exits. Take the middle one, which will bring you straight into CP Tower B. They are on the 2nd floor. I took the wrong exits before, but look at the exit that sports a True shop.
The last picture is the final result. If you compare it to the first ones, you can understand how happy I am. I look nowhere near 43 anymore.

Dr Wit (Thai people use nicknames, his full first name is Patrawit) is the one to contact for procedures. He's famous and treats lots of the Thai celebrities and people in hi-society, so he's only at the clinic on Mondays and Tuesdays so make sure to make a reservation when you want to see him. His English is really good and his service was outstanding.
